The Walking Challenge Recap![]() Over the past month, we have been sharing ideas on getting outdoors and walking every day. Our intention with this Walking Challenge is to allow the nature of moving your body well to help you get in better shape and, therefore, better health. Daily walking has been a part of my fitness practice for the past few years, and we simply find it one of the best ways to get out in nature, enjoy the neighbourhood while we move well.
