Hi, I'm Wendy. I'm a retired personal trainer, nutrition coach, and holistic lifestyle coach with over 30 years of experience. I'm dedicated to transforming people's lives. Specializing in working with teenagers and women over 40, I help women and teens shed weight, enhance fitness, empower women, collaborate with athletes, and improve functional fitness for independent living.
In 2015, I incorporated daily walking into my health & fitness practice, evolving from stress reduction to a passion for daily walking and nature hikes. Recognizing the global appeal of walking for health, I've made it a focal point of my business to promote accessible healthy movement for health and longevity.
