Workout Bloopers You May Have Done!
I just rec'd this email and it made me laugh because I have done these workout bloopers myself!
My worst workout blooper is setting unrealistic goals! When I am thinking and creating my goals, sometimes I can be a bit unrealistic and want to overachieve my goals as well as results! This causes me to fail more times than not. Over train, injury and frustration are the results I see when I make unrealistic goals.
