In fact, there are plenty of quick and easy workouts that you can incorporate into your daily routine to stay active and healthy. From bodyweight exercises to resistance band exercises, there's something for everyone, and you don't need a lot of time or equipment to get started. Bodyweight exercises: Bodyweight exercises are a great way to get a quick workout in, and they can be done anywhere, at any time. Some examples of bodyweight exercises include squats, lunges, push-ups, and planks. These exercises work for multiple muscle groups at once and can be modified to increase or decrease the intensity.
